I went to yoga twice today and made my roommates eat all the biscuits I made so I don’t have to and yesterday I left french class to cry and that night my hamster died and I lied to get out of work and went to my therapist and and smoked too many cigarettes and I have panic attacks for no reason and I can’t watch movies anymore without feeling anxious and I can’t fall asleep...
